Section 21 — Subscriptions, Auto-Renewals, Billing Authorization, and Cancellation

Some products are available as a one-time purchase or recurring subscription. Selecting a subscription authorizes us to charge your payment method automatically on the billing frequency shown at checkout (typically every 30 days, unless another interval is offered).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges without further approval before each renewal, confirm you're authorized to use the payment method, and accept responsibility for charges until cancellation. We (or our payment processor) may use card-issuer account updater services to keep your card current; contact your card issuer to opt out.

Cancellation: any time via your account portal or info@vivedermplus.com, at least 24 hours before the next billing/shipment date. Orders already in processing or fulfillment can't be cancelled or refunded on a change-of-mind basis, though damaged/defective/incorrect items remain eligible for remedy.

Failed payments: we may contact you for updated payment details; unresolved failures may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription.

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first order only, not renewals. Delivery confirmation from the carrier is treated as proof of delivery even without a signature. We may modify subscription pricing, intervals, or benefits at any time, applied prospectively; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Mobile Terms of Service

By consenting to Vivederm+'s SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring messages (which may include order updates, alerts, and promotional offers) at the mobile number you provide, sent via automated technology, even if that number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent isn't a condition of purchase, and participation is voluntary.

We don't charge for the Service, but message and data rates from your carrier may apply; message frequency varies. Text STOP to opt out at any time (you'll get a one-time confirmation); text HELP for support, or email info@vivedermplus.com. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we aren't liable for errors or actions taken in reliance on messages sent through the Service.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Option

Some Vivederm+ products are offered as either a one-time purchase or a "Subscribe & Save" plan. Where "Subscribe & Save" is the default selection on a product page, you can switch to "One-Time Purchase" before adding it to your cart. Checkout will clearly indicate if your purchase is a subscription — please review your order summary before submitting.

How Billing Works

Enrolling in a subscription authorizes us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the disclosed price and frequency, plus applicable taxes and shipping. Renewal orders repeat your original product/quantity unless you change your subscription before the applicable deadline. If pricing changes, we'll give advance notice and a chance to cancel before it takes effect, where required by law.

Confirmation and Reminders

You'll receive an email confirming your subscription details after enrolling, and a reminder before each renewal charge with the amount, date, and cancellation instructions. Please keep your email, payment, and shipping information current.

Managing Your Subscription

Through your account portal, you can skip an order, change frequency, update payment or shipping details, or cancel — as long as it's done before the deadline shown in your account or reminder email.

How to Cancel

Cancel any time, with no fee or commitment, by:

Signing into the subscription management portal at vivedermplus.com with your order email; or
Using the "Manage Your Subscription" link in a billing email; or
Emailing info@vivedermplus.com.

To stop an upcoming charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date/time shown in your account or reminder. We'll confirm your cancellation, but it won't reverse an order that already passed the cancellation deadline and entered processing — except where:

You cancelled before the deadline but were charged anyway;
The charge was unauthorized or in error;
You were charged earlier than the disclosed date;
The order was damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or undelivered; or
A remedy is required by law.

Returns for orders already shipped are handled under our Refund Policy. The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to your first order, not renewals, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may notify you and retry the charge. If payment can't be collected, we may pause or cancel the subscription; no renewal ships without successful payment.

Shipping Policy

1. General Information

Vivederm+ ships all US orders from our domestic fulfillment warehouse — no international customs or import duties apply.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Cut-off: orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed same-day; later orders process the next business day.
We don't process or ship on weekends or US public holidays.

4. Shipping Origin

Orders ship exclusively from our US-based fulfillment center. Because all orders originate and stay within the US, no customs forms, import duties, or DDP arrangements apply.

5. Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for it to update in the carrier's system.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged: email info@vivedermplus.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Lost: if tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, check around your property and with neighbors; if still missing after 3 business days, contact us.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order before it ships (typically within 12 hours of placing it). Once handed to the carrier, we can't cancel the shipment — you'll need to wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.
